Galerie is a residential development of 30 apartments and 6 townhouses located on Town Beach, Port Macquarie.

Swell worked with the Bloc Development team and Stewart Architecture to create an identity and comprehensive set of sales materials that would assist with an incredibly successful launch to market.

Heavily influenced by the minimal aesthetic common to art galleries, we crafted an identity that would reach not only the local market but also the sophisticated Sydney market. Sheer minimalism allows the architectural intent of the building to shine while powerful photography captures the natural beauty of the sea side location. +

We teamed up with an impressive group of creatives to bring our vision to life. Monochromatic 3D visuals were crafted by 3D2D to add cohesion across a vast range of both printed and digital media. Still photography and video were used to give the project a sense of place, while sculptural forms were created to present the fittings and material palettes.

Our in-house photographer and senior designer Liam Adamaitys captured the still photography while videographer Wolflab shot and produced the film which can be viewed on the project website.
