Brendan Bilston co-founded one of Australia’s largest specialist project management consultancies and operated this business for nine years. After its acquisition by an international consultancy based in the UK, Brendan and his wife Jackie founded management consulting business, Conscia.

Our challenge was to create a new brand identity and positioning that expressed the discreet and collaborative approach of the business. +

Working closely with the founders we developed a brand identity that speaks to the business’ core ideology of collaboration and discretion. Based on this notion, we positioned the brand as ‘Your inner circle advisory’ to reflect the trustworthy and intimate characteristics within ones inner circle.

Paired with the name, Conscia — defined in Latin as “confidant” — we created a contemporary Solomon’s knot logo mark to further reference the nature of the business and Conscia’s strong, interwoven partnership with its clients. The logo mark is complemented by modern, minimal typography and a vibrant spot colour.

The outcome is a cohesive identity executed across print collateral, custom lapel pin and satin ribbon, as well as a multitude of custom documents and templates for tenders, minutes and agendas, capability statements, comprehensive curriculum vitae and more.
