A&A by Doma is the preservation and reinvention of two adjoining office towers — Alexander & Albemarle.
Swell were engaged to develop the identity and sales suite, as well as numerous ongoing components to create a comprehensive suite of printed and digital material. +
Built in the mid-1960s by the Commonwealth, Alexander & Albemarle were among the first office buildings to be built in the town centre. Repurposing much of the existing structure, the two towers are set for low-density urban living as industrial apartments and lofts.
Influenced by the industrial nature of the development, the archetypal identity captures COX Architecture’s design philosophy alongside Doma’s vision, providing cut through in a crowded apartment market.
The balance of contemporary lifestyle photography with historical imagery allow the brand to reflect and pay homage to the buildings’ remarkable history as they move forward into a new era.
